Usually a very good store, decent stocking and happy to help. However, click and collect is an issue. Went in yesterday to pick up order, couldn’t figure out where to pick up from, then employee didn’t ask to see email for confirmation, just asked for my name and ID and still have me the wrong order. Only bad experience but definitely frustrating
They need more workers on the floor as each and every time I go into the store only 1 person can be seen and 5other customers waiting
Returned some roller blinds the day after I had bought them as they weren't the right size..pretty straightforward..staff at the counter was indifferent and looked bored and the manager was bordering on being rude!..got my money back so no Hassle, but from now on i will choose a day the other lovely staff are in store
